Growth Marketing Manager

With our software for digital reference checking, we want to contribute to more accurate recruitment decisions and at the same time create a better experience for recruiters, candidates and references. Since the company's start in 2016, growth has been fantastic and today we have over 500 happy customers and we’re spread out in all of Europe with offices in Gothenburg, Stockholm, Oslo, Dublin and Helsinki.


The job

The growth team is now looking for a Growth Manager to join the team and help us take the next step and expand globally. As Growth Manager, you will be a key member of the commercial organisation, binding together product, marketing and sales through technology, data but also creativity. You will be working on all aspects of digital growth; being hands-on, tactical but also strategic. You’ll be working holistically through the whole funnel, all the way from a marketing campaign to a converted customer using the product. Together we’re responsible for driving traffic, acquiring leads, converting leads to customers, engaging them but also retaining them. We will be working closely with everyone in the organization to make sure we’re optimizing for the global maxima.


The team

You’ll be a part of the small, but tight, growth team consisting of three team members right now. We are a distributed team, working mainly from Stockholm and Gothenburg, where we have our Swedish offices. You can work remotely if you prefer but we would like you to come join us for physical meetings on a regular basis.


What we believe you have done

  • Worked a few years with digital growth or customer acquisition in a SaaS company, an agency or as a freelance consultant.

  • Preferably worked on a global level and international setting in the B2B area.

  • Worked hands-on in HubSpot and know the in and outs of the CMS and Marketing Hub

  • Thought about marketing technology from a strategic perspective and knows all of the big marketing platform and you are well versed in digital tools like hotjar, crazy egg, google analytics, optimize, funnel and others alike

  • Experience from working within agile principles and methodologies


What we believe you have done

  • Optimization and experimentation - you’ll optimize optimize ads and content continuously and you create growth experiments and perform a/b tests on a daily basis

  • Marketing automation - design and build complex journeys, build automations, create segments and build personalized content in HubSpot Marketing Hub

  • Performance marketing - drive and optimize traffic, set up account structure and campaigns in a scalable way (so we can expand globally within a blink of an eye) and optimize the

  • Tracking and tagging - you’ll set up measurement strategies, data structures and you make sure we’ll track and tag behaviour to ensure we track the things matters and data flow between tools and platforms

  • Insights and analytics - you like to see the effect of our work, so you create automated and intuitive dashboards and reports on the fly and you communicate the insights effectively

  • Growth activities - creating marketing campaigns, landing pages, write crisp copy, set-up quizzes, videos, webinars, surveys and other creative activities in order to drive growth across all markets
