Role description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Account Executive in Bogota, Colombia.

The Sales Account Executive will be responsible for lead generation, account management, communication, relationship building and customer service to promote Refapp's Talent Intelligence solution.

The Sales Account Executive will also work with the marketing team to drive sales and promote the company's brand.

Skills required

  • Lead generation and account management skills
  • Minimum 2 years' experience selling background or reference checking solutions in the LATAM market
  • Advanced English
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Sales and marketing experience
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing or related field
  • HR industry experience a must
